IT and Back-office
Information Technology
As an integral part of the Kinetic plc group of
companies, we benefit from an established IT infrastructure: High-speed
data links with our established database, which is replicated across
two of our offices. This means extra security to our clients in
that our systems can survive a complete shutdown (i.e. Power failure,
Fire) of one site, our database and payroll systems automatically
switch to our secondary site, allowing the whole of Kinetic Nursing
Services systems to keep functioning as normal.
Our fully trained team of IT support and infrastructure
management personnel are on hand at all times during the day and
all through the night for issues that may affect our client if left
un-addressed. We appreciate that IT is an integral part of our business
and we take it seriously, this is why we employ a dedicated team
of IT professionals to manage our systems at all times.
Marketing
Our dedicated marketing department can plan and
orchestrate pre-emptive or reactive campaigns based on client business
needs. Our own specialised marketing department gives us the advantage
of a wider and yet more specialised recruitment ability, enabling
us to find the right candidates in the right areas at the right
time, which ultimately benefits both us, and our clients.
Payroll
Kinetic's own payroll
services company, PayPartners, is on hand to seamlessly deliver
the payroll solution into our own service package. As both a general
payroll
provider and specialists in recruitment
payroll, PayPartners can ensure accurate and robust payrolling
and keep on top of the latest employment laws and tax. All payroll
staff are IPPM
qualified and are backed up by many years of payroll
management experience.
