The new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018 and has impacted the way in which all businesses hold, store and use personal data.

Kinetic Nursing Services continues to take great care to operate in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation and GDPR regulations and gave us an important opportunity to review our compliance and internal processes and to discuss with customers any concerns they may have.

As such, we have put in place a dedicated team, which includes operational, legal and technical staff, who have worked to ensure www.kinetic-nursing.co.uk operates in full compliance with GDPR and without interruption or alteration to the services we offer.
 
Protecting our candidate data has, and always will be, the highest priority for us regardless of these changes. Our documented internal policies, internal processes, privacy by design approach & continued assessment and obtaining of our ISO accreditations have shown this.

We, like many other businesses and organisations, have taken GDPR seriously and have worked through the framework and conducting a full audit process to ensure the legislation is met.
