We would like to inform you of the reasons why we use Kinetic agency. We have found that Kinetic work to very high standards and they work with professionalism. The quality of staff that they use is very high and so I feel confident that they will strive to do their best while in our company. The staff are very helpful and will try their utmost best to accommodate our wishes. We continue to use this company as they are by far the best agency that we have come across. When we first started to use the company there were a few teething problems from both sides but these were dealt with immediately to both our satisfactions.

I have been the manager at Byron Lodge Care Home for 1 year and during this time I have had to use agency staff, both qualified and unqualified on a regular basis.

Kinetic have proven to be very efficient and reliable. The administration staff are always polite and professional and the nurses and carers are usually always punctual and well presented.

On very rare occasion's, Kinetic have been unable to provide a member of staff and I have therefore reluctantly used other agencies, who in my opinion, are somewhat lacking in there service.

I would recommend Kinetic to anyone, as they are very professional in their approach to the needs and time limits of this care home.

I just wanted to send a quick email to thank you for supplying me with 2 of the most wonderful people we could have ever hoped for.

Not only where they professional in every aspect of their work, but they where an absolute joy to be with whilst we where on site.

We where all thrown together at such short notice but we all seemed to enjoy ourselves and get on well with each other.

I'm sure you're aware of the unfortunate situation that we encountered when the girls first arrived, yet they coped with it excellently and made my job so much more smoother than it really could have been.

Once again thank-you, your choice was excellent!
